Joe knows how to build strong neighborhood relationships, resolve conflicts, educate students and effectively lead diverse groups. His strength lies in his ability to critically think outside-the-box and develop concrete solutions. With a resilient, rustbelt character, Joe will continue his efforts to improve the quality of life in the Mahoning Valley.
